Dr. Jordan Boudreau, BCBA-D

Founder & Chief Clinical Officer

Jordan Dr. Boudreau is the Founder of the Autism Centers of Michigan, and has been practicing as a BCBA since 2009. His service to individuals with developmental disabilities began in 2004, specializing in early intervention curriculum development, direct care staff supervision, staff and parent training, verbal behavior analysis, social skills training, systems analysis, and functional behavior analysis. Dr. Boudreau is a recognized innovator in the field, having developed a unique, data-driven process to improve outcomes for children on the autism spectrum. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University, a dual-track Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a Doctorate's in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.

 

 

 

Mike Dow

Chief Executive Officer 

MikeMike has 25+ years of experience as a senior executive and business leader, at organizations ranging in size from startup to over $1 billion in annual revenue. His previous roles have been as CEO, COO, and Vice President at companies in the healthcare, management consulting, information technology, and software industries. His companies have received a wide range of accolades, including three consecutive years on Inc. 500 fastest-growing private firms in the U.S., and national recognition as a Great Place to Work and for innovation in employee health and wellness programs. He has provided management and strategy consulting to executives in both the public and private sector, from Fortune 500 firms to leaders at several federal government agencies. His work has been featured in several publications, including Fortune Magazine, CFO Magazine, HR Executive Magazine, and Washingtonian Magazine. Mike earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, and graduated from the General Manager Program at Harvard University. Mike is also the author of an award- winning science fiction trilogy, Dark Matters, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage daughters.

 

Krista M. Boe, M.A., BCBA

Clinical Director, Northern Michigan 

KristaKrista has been practicing as a BCBA since 2008, with a focus in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Disabilities, and Organizational Behavior Management. Prior to ACM, Krista served dually diagnosed individuals at an Intermediate Care Facility, and as an independent consultant in a community waiver-based setting. Krista has served as a board member for the Heartland Association for Behavior Analysis, as well as the Nebraska Association for Behavior Analysis. She is a regular speaker at professional conferences, with topics that include changes to the BACB’s 2016 ethics code. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Biology from Central Michigan University, and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. Krista enjoys reading, baking, yoga, and spending time outdoors with her puppy and family.

 

 

 

Dr. Bryan Hilton, BCBA-D, TLLP

Clinical Director, Central Michigan  

Brayan-HiltonBryan is BCBA-certified at the Doctoral Level, and maintains a license to practice Clinical Psychology. Bryan’s diverse background includes time as faculty at Western Michigan  University and Jackson College, where he taught courses to include The Social Psychology of Emotion (graduate level)The Psychology of Safety (graduate level), and Developmental Psychology. His work as a Behavioral Analyst includes services in Behavioral Psychology and Human Factors Psychology, in both the public and private sector, and as an Investigator in the Office of Recipient Rights in Battle Creek, Michigan. His work has been published in The Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, The Journal of Human Factors Psychology, and The Proceedings of the International Symposium for Aviation Safety. Bryan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Science and Administration and a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology from Western Michigan University. He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2012. In his free time, Bryan plays several instruments, including guitar and piano. He also owns and restores classic motorcycles, and loves spending time outdoors.

 

Jo Hency

Director of Administration 

JoJo leads the administrative functions at ACM. Her background spans a broad range of both clinical and administrative roles in the healthcare industry. Most recently, she worked in the Oncology unit at Munson Health as a nursing assistant, and previously as a medical assistant in a large, multi-disciplinary family medical practice. She has earned her Electronic Health Records Specialist certificate, Billing and Coding Specialist Certificate and Administrative Assistant Certificate at Performance Training Institute. Jo enjoys crocheting, reading and spending time with her husband and two children.

Autism Centers of Michigan offers the highest quality of intensive, evidence-based behavioral treatment for children with autism spectrum and related disorders. ACM provides applied behavior analysis services to children and their families in their homes, in ACM clinics and school-sponsored programs throughout Michigan.

Our team is dedicated to evidence based treatment. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts create individual treatment plans based on current research. Our BCBAs determine treatment effectiveness based on data. Over time, treatment goals and the methods used to achieve these goals are refined to maximize effectiveness.

At the Autism Centers of Michigan we understand the desire of parents and caregivers to see their child succeed in a mainstream classroom with his or her peers. We are committed to not only teaching our clients academic skills, but life and social skills as well. We believe it is important to collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers and other support members in our clients’ lives to ensure that they excel in every area.

Support

We offer support for families that are affected by a loved one’s problem behavior. Problem behavior may range from a mild temper tantrum to severe destructive and aggressive behavior. The Autism Centers of Michigan uses a Functional Analysis of Problem Behavior to determine how to address the concern while teaching your loved one an appropriate alternative behavior.

Our treatments are individualized and our services are delivered one-on-one to ensure that our clients reach their full potential. All of our treatment plans are developed and overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts that have extensive experience delivering and overseeing ABA services. Autism Centers of Michigan is Going Green with Consumers Energy! The Saginaw center installed LED lighting throughout the offices. Not only is this good for the environment but it is improving patient care for clients sensitive to visual stimuli.
